Role Overview:

Reporting to the Manager of FP&A for Corporate Functions, you will focus on business partnering with our People Experience and Workplace Experience teams. This is not your typical ''HR'' and ''Facilities'' functions. These dynamic teams working every day to help shape our culture and employee experience, and to attract and develop our most important assets - our employees! As their finance partner you'll be asked to provide insights to guide investment decisions aligned with strategic priorities.

What You'll Do:

Business Partnering
• Build relationships with partners and develop a clear understanding of their goals
• Track essential metrics and provide partners with regular analysis
• Provide recommendations on spend and resourcing needed to achieve results
• Prepare and hold regular business reviews for executives that have a clear message and action
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities
• Be the go-to person for all things finance related, working with other functions in finance

Financial Forecasts, Close, Reporting and Analysis
• Oversee the quarterly financial forecast of headcount and OpEx for the function
• Provide analysis that highlights essential forecast assumptions and changes from prior forecast
• Partner with accounting to ensure the accuracy of monthly closes and quarterly financial statements
• Communicate our results (Actuals) in relation to the prior year or prior forecast
• Implement scalable, efficient, and reporting

Contribute to Continuous Improvement
• Identify and lead projects to standardize processes and automate processes
• Challenge status quo and provide alternative solutions

Preferred Experience and Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of related financial experience
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting and general GAAP knowledge
• Excellent MS Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint expertise
• Knowledge in Hyperion Essbase, Tableau and Oracle preferred
