Role: Development Manager (Temporary)

The Development Manager will partner with the Producer and DD to provide day-to-day coordination of deliverables, timelines, budgets, and planning. The Development Manager will also support the team and their project's goals.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate across a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that deliverables and goals are met.
• Drive regular key stakeholder reviews of cinematic deliverables utilizing benchmarks for quality control and tracking responses/bug fixes over the project.
• Assist in managing the capacity plan; scheduling and tracking; and change requests.
• Track and triage issues by working with other production staff in the department.
• Assist with Launch readiness – review documentation and work with stakeholders to determine relevancy and path to modernize content.
• Track metrics as required, including: velocity, burn-down, and trajectory.

Requirements
• 2-3 years working as Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Business Analyst in the software industry
• Fluent in current project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile, and Lean Methodology)
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Project, Word
• Jira Experience
