ABOUT THE ROLE

Salary: $16-$21ph

Location: Remote Working

ZOO Digital currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Partner Engagement Coordinator to join our team based in El Segundo, CA. Working closely alongside our Partner Engagement Manager, this is a full-time permanent position with excellent opportunities for professional development.

The Partner Engagement Coordinator will support the Partner Engagement Manger in their daily tasks relating to recruiting, qualifying, on-boarding and continually assessing new and existing vendor partner resources and freelance translators for our international subtitling production group.

Day to day responsibilities include;
• Assisting the Partner Engagement Manager in the research and recruitment of new qualified and appropriate freelance and vendor resources.
• Assisting the Partner Engagement Manager in capacity research and planning for on-going and upcoming productions.
• Communicating with vendors and translators in regard to their availability and capacity, as needed and as directed by the Partner Engagement Manager.
• Coordinating the upkeep of all onboarded freelancers' and vendors' resources, capacities, and performance.
• Assisting the partner Engagement Manager in maintaining our database of direct ZOO onboarded subtitling vendors.
• Coordinating ZOOsubs (and other ZOO systems as necessary) introduction and training sessions for new vendors to ensure they are all trained and capable of using ZOO's platform.
• Coordinating quality and performance feedback with our translators and vendors.
• Maintaining various trackers and metric documents to ensure they're kept accurate and up to date by gathering data from relevant sources and communicating with internal teams.
• Along with the Partner Engagement Manager, be a frontline representative of the business and advocate of ZOO to new and existing vendors.
• Take on any additional tasks as needed and as delegated by the Partner Engagement Manager and/or manager.

All on site ZOO employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and must provide CDC verification of their vaccination status as part of the onboarding process before starting.

Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Partner Engagement Coordinator will be an excellent communicator, both written and oral, with well-developed interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will be highly organized, have experience of working in a fast-paced environment with many competing priorities, as well as experience of working to deadlines.

We are keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience;
• Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage time effectively.
• Interest or experience in translation and/or localization industry
• Educated to Bachelor degree level
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Possess a positive can-do attitude.
• Ability to work independently - requiring minimal supervision; display understanding of how the job relates to others.
• Have a proactive approach and the ability to find your own resources, at the same time the ability to recognize when to escalate for advice.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Preference will be given to those with previous experience in subtitle production, and is a native speaker in a second language.
