Strategic Partner Manager, YouTube, Early Careers (English, French)
The Content Partnerships team works with YouTube creators and media companies, helping them build their channel, grow their watch time, and develop their audience by delivering innovative and scalable best practices, solutions, and recommendations. The YouTube Partner Program consists of a growing number of content partners. We are a fast-paced and proactive team serving YouTube's partners around the world to ensure they have a great experience and achieve success on YouTube.
As a Strategic Partner Manager (SPM) on the Content Partnerships team, you will help our YouTube Creators and Companies to build, grow, and expand their presence on YouTube, while assisting their development into the next generation of YouTube stars. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to nurture and grow these creators.

Resonsibilities:
• Develop individualized growth strategies for a portfolio of YouTube creators, focusing on audience development, content optimization, and maximizing business generation opportunities.
• Analyze channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations, leveraging YouTube Analytics effectively.
• Foster relationships with creators, maintaining open communication to understand their goals and challenges.
• Guide creators on best practices for YouTube business, including ad business generation and alternative business products (e.g., channel memberships, super chat/stickers, shopping, etc).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops, webinars, and resources that address creator needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working on projects or initiatives on a cross-functional basis.
• Experience in a partner or client-facing role.
• Ability to communicate in English and French fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience successfully managing customer relationships, especially with digital personalities and influencers.
• Knowledge of and passion for the YouTube creator ecosystem.
• Understanding of the major platforms within YouTube's competitive landscape and the content creation process.
• Ability to achieve stretch goals through strategic planning and effective execution.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
