As a Shorts Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing programs and devising solutions to grow the use of the new Shorts product in EMEA by our partners and our users. You also work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders to plan and implement regional go-to-market plans and strategic initiatives to support partners as we develop our Shorts ecosystem. You will also develop and scale out best practices that empower our partners to maximize success on the Shorts platform. You will be able to proactively identify content trends across multiple verticals, create external-facing resources, and train our internal partner-facing teams on Shorts best practices. You will be a leader and contributor on communications, program development, contract fulfillment, analytical reporting and tracking, and organizational and operational support across many multi-faceted programs at one time.
You're a problem solver by nature and your strategic thinking skills will be critical in devising new tactics and turning data into actionable information to both enhance content optimization and influence product development. You are someone who is a creative thinker and adapt easily and efficiently with changing priorities, directions, and projects.
