Job Description
Product and Sales Activation (PSA) is a highly collaborative group of individuals who work hard to deliver at-scale, customer focused priorities, transfer product knowledge to our Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Sellers, and influence product design for the GCS segment. By liaising with our partner teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering, Sales Finance, Education, Large Customer Sales), the PSA team works hard to equip GCS Sales with the information, training, collateral, and opportunities needed for future growth and to ensure that our customers' needs are addressed and expressed to client/product teams.

In this role, you will help to accelerate YouTube full funnel business and product adoption in the LATAM region by directly working with GCS sellers and customers. You will influence executive business stakeholders, and work cross-functionally to direct the product activation strategy for Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business programs. You will influence cross-functional teams while building and delivering the best Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for the product area.

In addition, you will lead the activation of YouTube ads products for customer's goals. You will advocate the needs, opportunities, and gaps that GCS customers experience with our product teams. You'll equip promoters with the right knowledge, resources, market insights, and tools to drive customer success and product adoption growth.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Partner with GCS Sales Teams, Google advertisers, and ad agencies to increase business and adoption of strategic YouTube ad solutions (e.g., VAC, demand gen, VRC, etc.). Monitor and report on key drivers/metrics, facilitate and run internal and external trainings, and introduce/pitch priority products to strategic customers.
• Work with team leads to ensure effective narratives are developed. Leverage those resources to equip promoters with product knowledge and expertise.
• Collate information regarding common objections, successful strategies and product knowledge gaps, and lead product training.
• Share customer and product feedback with Global Product Leads in order to ensure the product roadmap reflects the needs of GCS promoters and customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience working in Digital Ads, Marketing, Advertising, Management Consulting, Strategy, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns with online measurement and operations driving customer impact.
• Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience influencing stakeholders to devise and scale a strategy.
• Experience communicating and influencing a range of audiences, including C-level executives.
• Ability to understand and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional boundaries and take complex, ambiguous topics and present them in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and presentation development skills.
