Job Summary/Description:

WTVG is in search of an attention-to-detail person with a positive attitude to work with sales and the business office. This position will assist our sales team with client services, traffic team with order entry, and business manager with light accounting. Excellent communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office are a must.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Data entry for sales orders
- Reconciliation, review, and manipulation of broadcast logs and reports
- Client Follow-up
- Cross-training in the Traffic Department and Business Office
- General business office duties
- Fill in at Reception/Front Desk

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Experience in a PC-based environment using Microsoft products
- Media experience a plus but not required
- History of increasing responsibility, stability, and dependability
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
