Job Summary/Description:

This ideal sales support position can serve as a springboard for advancement into advertising sales! WOIO/WUAB is searching for an organized, detail oriented team player who will start in a sales support role, work closely with the sales team, and have the opportunity to train for an entry level Account Executive position. This candidate will need to perform at a high level in the sales support role. Candidates will need to be: eager to learn, work independently, meticulously accurate, and motivated to start a career in sales. The sales support role will include: effective placement of sales activity, processing advertising contracts, obtaining creative materials, assigning traffic to current orders, and generating support materials.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Sales media order entry
2. Digital sales support
3. On boarding and supporting new clients for sales department
4. Proposal Development
5. Performance Reporting
6. Support sales team with account management

• Candidates should be highly proficient and possess experienced computer skills. 1-2 years of sales background is desired. Possess great communication skills. Can work under pressure and in a fast paced environment. Microsoft Office experience, ability to build sales presentations, be a self motivated and eager to learn.
