Job Summary/Description:
WLBT-TV in Jackson, MS is seeking an organized, resourceful, detail-oriented individual to provide support the sales management team, account executives, and station clients. Individual will work directly with clients and sales team to provide client service and delivery of sales commitments. Ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who works well under pressure, has good time management skills and one who likes to solve problems with a positive attitude.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Entry of broadcast and digital orders
* Organizing and maintaining a high level of customer service on an onging basis
* Verifying accuracy of orders
* Pulling monthly proof of performance reports for clients
* Helping create sales presentations
Qualifications/Requirements:
* High School Diploma
* Experience with (not required but preferred)
* Microsoft Office
* PowerPoint
* Excel
