Job Summary/Description:

WHSV-TV is currently hiring for an EXECUTIVE SALES COORDINATOR. This high-performance individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing a number of programmatic national accounts.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
• Preparing weekly performance reports for national clients
• Assisting with preparation of corporate forecasting reports
• Assisting with creation of promotions and packages for use by local sellers
• Working closely with the General Sales Manager and National Sales Manager on order management and other duties as required

Qualifications/Requirements:
• The successful candidate will be proficient with the full Office Suite, especially Excel. We're looking for someone who can work independently, pays careful attention to detail, and understands the importance of meeting deadlines. The position will also interact with our sales and management staff, so we need a team player with a positive attitude. Must have strong organizational skills. It is essential to be able to communicate effectively/politely with co-workers and clients.
