Job Summary/Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales/Traffic Assistant to join our team. This role will support our sales and operations departments while specializing in accounts receivable and collection management. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with clients and co-workers.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the sales team with digital and broadcast campaigns.
- Assist the sales team with collections/invoices.
- Order entry for advertising orders for digital and broadcast orders/revisions when necessary.
- Create Aging reports for the sales team, make deposits and collection calls when necessary.
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors if needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One-Three years of experience in sales support or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and work with diverse personalities.
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
