Marion County is the largest of the counties that we cover with our television signal. We recently moved into a newly renovated office in the heart of Ocala. This office is home to two news reporters and two Account Executives

Job Summary/Description:

WCJB TV20, the Gainesville CW, and MeTV have an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Assistant in our Gainesville, FL office. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This position assists Account Executives and Sales Managers. We are a part of Gray Television and offer excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, life, 401K match, and more!

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Order entry and report generation
• Communicating with customers and sales staff
• Assist with creating presentations
• Research and data analysis
• Working with various departments
• Attending occasional events and client visits
• Other projects as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Media experience not required
• Detail oriented with an ability to multi-task
• Must be personable and enthusiastic
• Good organizational skills
• A history of exceptional customer service
• Good follow up skills
• You do not take yourself too seriously but you are serious about your work
• You have integrity and do business the right way
• You want to work for a good company and you like to win!
• Professional appearance a must
