Job Title: Manager, Streaming – Hip-Hop/ R&B

A little bit about our team:

Sales & Streaming department at Atlantic Records is responsible for marketing our artist roster on all DSP platforms, digital download stores and physical retailers. We are the bridge from the recording studio to the consumer. The Sales & Streaming Manager will be working side by side with everyone in the department in addition to Atlantic's Digital Marketing team and Atlantic's Marketing department to achieve that goal. This role is a vital part of the departments responsibilities of maximizing our efforts for visibility campaigns and artists outreach to their fans via DSP platforms.

Why this could be your next big break:

The S&S Manager will have a roster of artists that they will be responsible for pitching to DSP partners for playlisting and marketing campaigns. This role will be working with the marketing and digital marketing teams to support our marketing efforts in the retail and streaming space. This role gives you an opportunity to engage with key marketing execs, artists managers and DSP accounts to see our marketing campaigns thru to release date and beyond.

Here you'll get to:

You will:
*Participate in Marketing Meetings
*Work with internal and external digital marketing teams to implement marketing campaigns around an artist's releases.
*Work with product managers and artists management teams to help curate and implement marketing campaigns at DSPs
*Pitch DSP editorial teams for playlisting
*This role also will handle analytics for the full roster of artists for Atlantic's Black Music Division

About you:

You Have:
*a full understanding of the ''culture'' of black music and communicate each artists relevance to the DSPs
*Excellent People skills and communications skills
*creative thinking and Initiative
*organizational skills and follow through
*team player
*2-3 years experience

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
*4 years college degree
*internship experience
