A little bit about our team:

The WMX Global Commercial Services team maximizes WMG revenue and market share, leading through best practices, platform expertise and forward thinking solutions that support our recorded music strategy.

Your role:

Be a part of a team that manages WMG's commercial relationships with the top social platforms of the world. You will support on the team and WMG label family regarding key operational components across various partners including Meta, Snapchat and TikTok.

Here you'll get to:
• Provide direct support to WMG's global family of labels for account specific inquiries
• Act as liaison between social partner and WMG labels to resolve account issues
• Work with VP and Sr. Dir. of Global Digital Accounts to communicate best practices to labels and affiliates
• Support on advertising related efforts, including Meta's Business Manager issues, ad spends, as well as ad/marketing credit support with TikTok, Triller, and Kuaishou.
• Work with WMG's operations teams to ensure successfully delivery of priority tracks to social partners
• Work with self-service CMS tools provided by partners to optimize clip timing, match UGC, allowlist brand profiles, and track trends.
• Maintain various trackers across social partners for multi-team, collaborative use

About you:
• Strong understanding of social media and the platforms that exist
• Showcase superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess strong organizational skills & the ability to prioritize workload
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing field
• Work independently and as part of the wider Global Account Management team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

We'd love it if you also had:
• At least 1-2 years experience working in social media, and preferably an active user of social media
• At least 1-2 years work experience within the music industry
• Interest and passion in music
• College Degree preferred
