A little bit about our team:
We are looking for a Content & Creative Partnerships Director- a forward-thinking, platform-native strategist who understands how content fuels artist growth, visibility and fan connection. This role lives at the intersection of YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, and Reels, leading the optimization of our artist campaigns across the platforms that define cultural relevance and consumption today.
Your role:
In this role, your goal is to develop and execute cutting-edge strategies across key content platforms to drive discovery, audience engagement, platform visibility, and monetization - all while aligning with the creative and business goals of our artists.
Here you'll get to:
• Design and implement release strategies tailored to YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, Reels and emerging platforms.
• Own the timeline and execution of video content rollouts: Premieres, Shorts, Lives, Vertical video plans, etc.
• Develop best practices for artist channels, manage optimization (thumbnails, SEO, metadata) and advise teams on platform-specific nuances.
• Partner with artist managers and internal teams to build platform-native content calendars.
• Act as point of contact with YouTube, TikTok and Meta for editorial and promotional opportunities.
• Pitch artists for YouTube Premieres, Live sessions, TikTok Sounds partnerships, Reels activations, etc.
• Stay ahead of trends and product updates to integrate early opportunities (e.g. monetization pilots, new features).
• Translate watchtime, retention, and engagement data into actionable insights to improve performance.
• Monitor content performance and audience behavior to inform future strategies.
• Identify viral trends and propose artist content that feels native, timely, and impactful.
• Cultivate partnerships with influencers and creators, coordinating seeding, collaborations, UGC trends, and campaign support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, A&R, Creative, Brand Partnerships, and Commercial teams to unify strategy and execution.
• Lead internal education via workshops, guidelines, and strategy materials to elevate team knowledge and performance.
About you:
• 4–6 years of experience in digital strategy, content marketing or platform management (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, etc).
• Deep understanding of music consumption behavior in US Latin market.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven success in growing audiences and visibility through digital content.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into creative action.
• Creative thinker with hands-on approach and comfort in fast-paced, artist-driven environments.
We'd love it if you also had:
• A broad understanding and appreciation of music genres as well as awareness of trending other entertainment industry sectors – film, TV, tech, gaming, etc.
