Job Description
Job Title: Creative Project Manager

The Creative Department at Atlantic Records is a full-service, agency-like creative team, dedicated to building artist careers through the intersection of Art, Video, branding, music, digital and technology, unlike any other at a record label. The full department works hand in hand for all artists acting as artist partners across all visual elements that are used to brand, identify and market the artists for music, video, touring, merch, sales and all other aspects of the artist career. Our creative teams partner with our artists, managers and marketing teams to narrate and bring to life the artists vision and world via all creative deliverables and assets.
Our Art Directors are responsible for the overall artist brand and vision, and partnering with our video team to tell the story of the artists through all visuals. In line with branding, they are responsible for artwork for single, album cover, logos, all album packaging configurations, along with advertisements, promotional materials and special edition packaging for their roster.
Our Video team takes the lead when driving the moving visuals forward for official music videos, visualizers, in-venue content, on the streets, BTS and editorial storytelling along with any social campaigns. They are supported by an in-house production team who work side-by-side the Video Producers for production, shooting and editing needs.
Our digital team has specialized digital designers and video animators who focus on bringing all video and art branding to life on the digital stage. They work closely with the Digital Marketing team, collaborating on the overall digital strategy, experiences for websites, webstores and email marketing. They also create promotional assets which include static, animation, lenses and social content to support all aspects of the artist roll out across Marketing, Digital Marketing, Commerce, Touring and Sales.
