Amazon Music is looking for a talented Senior Product Manager (Tech) to lead our Growth Retention initiatives.
The Growth Retention team plays a critical role in Amazon Music's rise in the digital streaming space. Our team is at the frontier of driving customer engagement and retention on the Amazon Music eco-system which includes mobile, web, desktop and Alexa. We focus on building and improving products and features that reveal the best of Amazon Music to our customers globally. We are fast and nimble, scaling after we have proved merit. We experiment with hypotheses through A/B tests and build personalized features that help our customers discover the Music experiences they love. We believe in creating empowered and diverse teams where everyone can contribute to our product vision and roadmap.
Key job responsibilities
As the Senior Product Manager of the Growth Retention team, you will build a product vision and experimentation that drives retention through customer lifecycle specific initiatives, new features, and personalization. You will influence multiple stakeholders that span product, engineering and business teams. You'll work directly with senior leaders to find ways to exceed goals, and innovate to find ideal customer experiences for engaging customers with Amazon Music. Finally, as a member of the Music Growth leadership team, you will take on additional leadership initiatives and inspire the entire Marketing and Growth tech organization to grow further.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM)
- Experience in A/B testing, and product experimentation
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a relevant industry working within technology teams
- Are enrolled in or have completed a full-time MBA program

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
