A little bit about our team:

The Warner Music Artist & Fan Experiences Group functions as a centralized, in-house creative agency for the Warner Recorded Music roster as well as for third party artists who need our expertise. This team is responsible for the development of programs to grow 1) fan engagement across digital, social, gaming and emerging platforms, 2) cultural resonance, and 3) revenue and market share for artists. This happens through merchandising, ticketing, subscriptions, content, collaborations, and more. Turning label and artist goals into ''must-have'' experiences for fans.

We utilize the latest digital marketing technology, develop infrastructure and execute strategy through consumer analytics, email marketing and CRM expertise that turns the artist goals into memorable experiences for fans.

Why this could be your next big break:

The Coordinator supports a few Merch Product Managers in the creation of product lines for WMG artists. This is an opportunity to bring the artist's vision to life and create culturally relevant products that their fans will love. You will learn from some of the best product merchandisers in the music business and will work collaboratively across WMG to distribute merch on tour, at retail and through artist ecommerce stores.

Here you'll get to:
• Work closely with key department personnel to strategize and coordinate short and long range product releases for tour, retail, brand licensing and e-commerce distribution
• Obtain art and product approvals, revision of art files, system maintenance
• Work with key persons to plan, develop and implement merchandise marketing initiatives
• Bring product ideas to fruition from conceptualization to market placement in coordination with senior product managers, production, sourcing and art departments
• Setting up product in downstream systems
• Processing purchase orders​
• Participate in fulfillment coordination with tour team, warehouse and production team
• Packing & tracking on tour​
• Work on fulfillment coordination with e-commerce Managers and Senior Product Managers

• You are a motivated team player
• You are able to provide as well as receive feedback and direction
• You are a quick thinker and able to problem solve on the fly
• You are an effective communicator
• You have excellent time management, follow-up, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize workload, and a strong attention to detail.
• You are self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• You enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and embrace change

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• 3 years of experience as a Coordinator
• 5 years of demonstrated experience working cross-functionally within a larger team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Bachelor's degree in related field, from an accredited college or university preferred
