Here you'll get to:
• Support the Streaming & Commerce team with day-to-day operations, campaign planning, and release management.
• Maintain department calendars, schedules, and contact lists; coordinate meetings, calls, and travel for key executives.
• Help lead automation strategy, development, and implementation across the Warner Commerce department, leveraging new tools and technologies to help our team move faster and serve our artists better.
• Track and organize release assets including audio, artwork, metadata, and promotional materials; ensure timely delivery to partners.
• Compile and update pitch notes, release grids, and sales documents for internal and external use.
• Assist with release scheduling, product planning meetings, and cross-department coordination across Marketing, Operations, and Business Affairs.
• Generate and distribute weekly updates, reports, and summaries related to campaigns, playlists, and partner performance.
• Manage invoice processing and vendor setup through SAP and Ariba, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Coordinate ticket requests, event RSVPs, and showcase logistics in partnership with Tour Marketing and Artist Relations.
• Provide administrative support including expense reports, travel logistics, note-taking, and document organization.
• Maintain department databases, drive folders, and presentation decks to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with other special projects and team initiatives as needed.
About you:
• Highly proficient with technology, emerging tools, and AI
• A strong desire to learn new skills, tools, and iterate rapidly
• Curious about how music reaches fans across streaming and retail platforms, and eager to learn how creative strategies drive sales and revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deep knowledge of and passion for social media, streaming, and digital platforms
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high pressure environment.
• Confidence, trustworthiness, and outstanding problem solving skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented, have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet strict deadlines, and possess a proactive style that anticipates problems before they arise
• Strong follow-up and follow-through
• Creative self-starter with outstanding people skills
• Looking to join a team and label with an ambitious, results-driven and winning culture with opportunities for career growth
