A little bit about our team:

A variety of personalities, we are a small but mighty team that is nimble, proactive, and not shy to find and secure deals for our artists. Our deals are often rooted in traditional licensed product being sold to retailers, but have grown beyond traditional wholesale to include collaborations, campaigns, etc. Whether it is at trade shows or special events we are at the forefront to help serve artists across our roster in any capacity that helps build their brand. This role will be working with the entire team in varied capacities and across the diverse roster that include artists such as Wiz Khalifa and Cardi B to the Grateful Dead and Green Day. Internally, this person will help keep the team on track as it relates to product development, scheduling, sales material creation and upkeep, and general organization. Externally, this role will serve as the main point of contact for buying teams as it relates to all retailer/artist collaboration and development with our growing list of retail partners.

Here you'll get to:
• You will manage consumer products programs across all tiers of retail – specialty, mid-tier and department store, trend, mass and online.
• You will drive opportunities to create meaningful fan-centric touch-points, e.g., creating unique/exclusive artist collections that promote interaction between the artist and customer.
• You will develop relationships with key buyers at relevant retail accounts and negotiate as necessary for optimum pricing to deliver on outlined revenue targets.
• You will work closely with your international counterparts to ensure cohesive support of overarching strategy for US repertoire.
• You will work with Product Managers, Artists and Management to develop retail merchandising strategies.
• You will work with Creative to create unique merchandise presentations with exclusive art for each account tailored to their sales and consumer base.
• You will coordinate with Production to ensure all orders can be developed while meeting necessary margin goals.
• You will continue to identify and activate new account opportunities and determine best approach to manage against it.
• You will be liaising with your international counterparts regularly and offer best practices with key artists.
• You will be proactive with all accounts and travel as necessary to attend and preside over meetings.
• You will provide ongoing sales reporting and analysis.
• You will strategically place music, product and marketing with the best performing categories and strengths of the account.

About you:
• You have a solid understanding of retail math and are able to strategically forecast and analyze your business.
• You have managed a team and understand the importance of leading with respect and integrity and are encouraging of the growth of those around you.
• You have the ability to multi-task on a variety of projects simultaneously and change direction as need be.
• You are confident, open, and flexible in your workstyle and are able to build and maintain healthy working relationships internally and externally as a representative of the team.
• You have strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• You have an eye for detail, a passion for the work, a proactive spirit and willingness to learn.
• You are self-motivated and organized.
• You have the ability to work in a team environment.
• You have a love of music and understanding of the ''fan'' mentality.
• You have experience in eCommerce and/or the Ticketing industry.
• You have excellent MS Office Skills – Proficient in Excel.
• You have experience with web-based software applications.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:
• College Degree preferred
• 5-7 years in the Music Merchandising industry with a background in retail.
• A broad network of contacts to bring to the table.
