The Job

The Enterprise & Inclusion team is responsible for defining and reinforcing an enterprise-wide diversity and inclusion strategy that ensures Warner Media continues to fulfill its commitments to building and nurturing an organization that encourages, and values equity and inclusion in our workplace and our world-class content. As Senior Equity & Inclusion Manager - Programs, you will assist in the development of various pipeline programs, from conception to facilitation, including the creation of budget, timeline and post-program placement strategy.

The Daily
• Spearhead entire submission processes across all pipeline programs, including submission portal set-up, reader/screener management, coordination of all interviews and data collection, as needed.
• Oversee payment of readers/screeners and manage relationships with Submittable and Coverfly.
• Serve as day-to-day executive on programs and act as liaison between the cohort and the department. Ensure consistent and clear communication with all program participants.
• Read and/or screen material as part of evaluation processes for all programs.
• Lead post-mortem strategy to gather feedback from cohorts and implementation of notes.
• Manage creation of all internal ''look books'' for all cohorts.
• Lead outreach to talent for staffing inquiries and panel/speaker needs, including masterclasses and festival panels.
• Assist with gathering deliverables for festival partnerships, including reels, ads, and panelist headshots and bios.

The Essentials
• Experience in the television industry, familiarity in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion space a plus.
• Proficiency in launching pipeline programs preferred.
• Proficiency in writing content coverage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to correspond with high-level executives professionally and concisely.
• High level of confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Familiarity with published literature and research on DEI in the workplace.
• Have diverse experience in different cultures International.
