The Job

Warner Bros. Discovery seeks a People Coordinator to support their regional Productions across APAC, EMEA & LATAM.

The Production HR team is newly formed and dedicated to providing hands-on HR support to cast and crew working on productions across WBD content businesses. The People Coordinator supports the execution of HR programs and activities related to production including, handling employee inquiries, assisting with resolving issues, general project management, relationship management, etc.

The Daily

Regional People Coordination support
• Assists People Partner team by providing project coordination support on HR initiatives across APAC, EMEA & LATAM working closely with People Solutions, COEs, and HRS, as required.
• Provides day to day HR support for Production HR team on administrative tasks (calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, training etc.).
• Helps execute with the People Partners and Talent Leaders HR-related initiatives such as, DI&E, mental health, IR35, organization design & integration, talent management, employee development, performance management, and various programs.
• Serves as an HR point of contact and often intakes information/requests from employees and managers and works to resolve in a proactive and positive manner. This includes handling queries about production policies, procedures and HR documentation/forms
• Develops working relationships with stakeholders including People Partners Lead, Talent Leaders, Workforce Administration, COE partners, and business employees.
• Supports People Partner team in restructuring meetings (taking notes), drafting paperwork.
• Supports People Partner team with apprenticeship and trainee hiring/initiatives.
• Works with ITVP People Partner team on monthly DI&E and mental health first aid and champions meetings, ensure notes are taken, actions followed up etc.
• Analyse production diversity data in Perceptyx system.

ITVP People Coordination Support
• Maintain accurate and real time spreadsheets which keep track of all budgeted headcount, providing timeline updates to the Talent Leader and ITVP Finance making recommendations on actions/next steps. Ensure headcount reports are aligned with quarterly forecasting data.
• Provide to Finance on monthly basis monthly report with permanent/temporary/vacancies.
• Works with Talent Acquisition and line managers to support and co-ordinate recruitment process with support from People Partner team.
• Co-ordinate and support the annual merit and bonus review process Responsible for the ITVP Community Newsletter.
• Keep ITVP HR SharePoint page up to date with vacancies, news, updated policies, align messaging with newsletter etc.
• Review monthly reports and actions relevant next steps and flags items that need approval to Senior People Partner for example someone in production reaching 2 years' service or someone with a time limit to their right to work.
• Review Labour Templates and Headcount reconciliation on a quarterly basis, ensuring Workday data is reflecting of all changes.
• Monitor those studying CIMA, ACCA etc. to ensure they're on track and invoices are received in the year they've been budgeted for.
• Provides cover for IR35 process during periods of holiday and sickness.

The Essentials
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or related client-focused role.
• Proven project management and data analysis skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Experience of IR35 process.
