Job Description

This position is required to work in person at one of our locations in the United States. Warner Bros. Discovery requires anyone working in our workplaces in the US to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The Job

EA exists to support Executive business schedules, T&E, and manage the office with various administrative and business logistics.

The Daily
• EA must be able to effectively coordinate the Executive's schedule and all other necessary parties to ensure meetings, events and presentations are executed seamlessly. This includes interfacing with executive offices and high-profile clients not only within the organization, but with external organizations as well.
• The EA will manage extensive and often rapidly changing travel arrangements (domestic and international); be able to effectively organize travel plans and anticipate and plan for executives' needs. The EA will also manage, reconcile and submit expense reports in a timely and efficient manner

The Essentials
• Strategic problem solver who can work independently yet also build effective interpersonal working relationships with contacts inside and outside the Company. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to comprehend and recollect details communicated in a hectic environment. 
• Display excellent judgment and independently manages the Executive's inbox by reading, researching, and analyzing information on an organizational level as needed.
• Unimpeachable character and integrity to handle the sensitive and highly confidential information managed

through the office and position.
• Adaptable work style that fits with senior executives, mid-level managers, and support staff on a daily basis. 
• 4+ years of experience and minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and several years of experience as an executive assistant.
• Must be very familiar with technology and office communication systems including Webex, Zoom, and MS

Teams and be MS Office proficient: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote, G-Suite, Google Docs and Slack. Experience with Concur is a plus.
