Coordinator, Presentation and Scheduling (12 month contract)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Scheduling & Presentation Coordinator will report directly to Programming Senior Manager. He/She will be responsible for daily transmission playlists, media planning, promo entry and manage cross promotions on General Entertainment channel Warner TV SEA and Philippines feed. Passion for Warner Bros content would be desirable because as motivated as you will be working, enjoying yourself in the process helps. You must be a team player, self-motivated and meticulous.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract position
JOB DESCRIPTION
Channel Presentation (30%)
Use systems efficiently in delivering the best possible final schedule to playout on a daily basis, ensuring all items are correctly inserted. This will involve efficiently building final playlists through the insertion of all presentation and promotional items in LRS against campaigns entered in ATS. This is to achieve the best possible on-air look for the channel, capable of driving audiences. Be the 'expert' of the channel.
Scheduling Accuracy (30%)
As the last line of 'defense', we have to ensure that the final playlist is accurate and all objectives – including commercials - have been met before sending to transmission. Proactively working with Programme Operations, Commercial Operations and Programming to ensure that all promo items, commercials and fast track episodes are well received for proper scheduling. Fast reaction to last minute changes and fast track programming, playlist re-download is required for same day fast track programming and programme changes.
Coordination and Collaboration (25%)
Create dynamic tune-in and insert promo & presentation items in LRS, constantly liaise with Creative Service on promo campaigns and deliverables. Liaise with Marketing on barter promo campaigns and cross channel promotions. A pro-active and collaborative approach with the wider team is needed,
Channel Monitoring (10%)
View and approve all on-air materials prior to scheduling and regularly monitor channel presenation. Safeguard against clashes of relevant promotional messages or any on-air errors. Monitor competitors' channels to keep up-to-date on the media landscape and changes. Monitor output and flag any inconsistencies to supervisor/ manager.
Commercial Ops and Team Support (5%)
Work hand-in-hand with Commercial Operations team to ensure smooth flow of ads into playlists. Ensure correct break timings, daily minutage, and time-band restrictions are adhered to. Due to revenue impact, have to ensure that scheduling supports commercial requirements as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential
• Min. 2-3 years of prior broadcast media industry experience
• Broadcast systems experience (ideally Vision)
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficient in M Office, Excel, PPT
Desirable
• Past experience in media planning or broadcast program scheduling
• Interest in either; DC, TV, English content
