WarnerMedia Studios & Networks seeks a Specialist to liaise with Mastering and Localization operations, as well as physical (DVD/Blu Ray) and digital partner servicing. This role will be part of the Content Operations & Planning division, working within the WW Post Production Services team. This position will serve a critical function to ensure that Feature Film & Television products are released to consumers on time by ensuring that the assets are planned, tracked, and ready to meet sales and promotion deadlines across the Home Ent and TV business units. This role will work cross functionally with various teams to ensure product readiness and will liaise with our internal business stakeholders and vendors whenever applicable to track and manage due dates and communicate status in a Client Service capacity
The Daily
• Work with WM Business Units (clients), and Content Operations & servicing teams to understand ongoing production schedules as well as any product launch planning requirements
• Research and/or liaise with research team to verify existence and best source of assets if previously created
• Communicate requirements, updates, and changes to WM stakeholders
• Keep systems updated with current information
• Contribute to reporting efforts to capture project status
• Follow up with vendor contacts to ensure that asset delivery is on track
• Tactically problem solve, and communicate any deviations from standard workflow
• Escalate delays and risks
The Essentials
• Strong communications skills required
• Minimum of 3 yrs previous experience in digital media/content operations experience
• Experience with and knowledge of Feature & Episodic audio, subtitle, video, metadata, and artwork assets as required
• Customer Service experience a plus
• Proven ability dealing with clients and vendors
• Strong problem-solving skills required
• Experience utilizing technical tools and new technologies • Must have experience using online/web tools and interfaces
• Have a general interest/knowledge of many forms of media products, digital or otherwise
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
• Must be tactful with personnel at all levels of the company and with external clients
• Must be able to prepare clear and concise reports
• Must maintain organized, current and accurate records and files
