Responsibilities
Working with ad sales teams - 30%
• Provide solutions on commercial time
• Address all client queries which can be addressed with BARC data
• Make compelling presentations & build strong cases
Periodic reports & analyses - 45%
• Reports on media environment, category movements, competition
• All non-BARC insights from industry publications, media websites
• Proactive learnings from BARC giving action points for immediate implementation
• Make significant contributions to all work being done for senior management
• Independently lead & take charge of assignments pertaining to category/client analysis relevant for the sales team
Using data to develop strong pitches to new clients/existing clients - 20%
• Work closely with frontline sales teams to understand client requirements
• Evaluate multiple approaches to address client requirements
• Consolidate insights from multiple data sources including BARC, industry publications & internal data to build compelling cases
Liaison with marketing to provide effective brand solutions for clients - 5%
• Ensure all marketing material – presentations, showreels etc – come on time
• Share all relevant information with frontline sales team
• Ensure all data post activities comes on time & is circulated to relevant custodians
Requirements:
• Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Statistics/ Mathematics
• 4-5 years work experience (at least 3 years in a broadcaster or media agency
• In depth knowledge of BARC, Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint
• Understanding rates, dayparts, deals & deliveries
• Fluent in both Hindi & English
