Specialist, Media & Performance Marketing
The Media & Performance Marketing Specialist is essential in supporting the full funnel day-to-day planning and executional workflows of full funnel paid media campaigns across company lines of business.
The Job
Act as a strategic liaison between internal stakeholders, media partners and agencies for planning, managing and reporting full funnel and acquisition campaigns in all media touch-points, including buy authorizations, tracking reports, buy changes, creative specifications, etc.
The Daily
• Support media agencies and channel leads on campaign planning, managing and reporting full funnel media campaigns across paid digital (Search, Social, Display, Video, Mobile, Native, Audio, CTV, Affiliates) and traditional touch-points (OOH, TV, etc.).
• Provide ongoing optimization and recommendations throughout the duration of the campaign.
• Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance in platforms.
• Support and suggest A/B tests to drive incremental improvements across all KPIs
• Support with all executional aspects of the campaign management processes – campaign strategy; tagging recommendations; console setup; delivery management (pacing, budget, spend); analysis and reporting.
• Ensure proper pacing and execution of campaigns and work with Creative Services and Marketing local teams to request, test, and optimize existing assets based on media insights.
• Deliver support in the campaign optimization process across all media placements.
• Follow up the implementation of tests and new audience segments.
• Generate supporting documentation for post-campaign presentations and provide insights to horizontal teams.
The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Full understanding of Brazilian market and media landscape.
• Experience on digital & traditional paid media marketing, ideally within an entertainment or DTC company or agency.
• Strong understanding of paid media touch-points management and success metrics, from traditional media like OOH and TV to search, social, display, video, mobile, affiliates and CTV.
• Understanding and proven experience of analytics, brand safety and data tools/interfaces (IAS, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Looker, Datorama).
• Proven experience using any of the following advertising management tools such as: Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Ibope, Comscore, etc.
• Experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns and tracking results.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights of growth marketing campaigns.
• Fluent written and spoken English AND Portuguese. Spanish will be a nice to have.
• Strong presentation and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for business goals,process improvement projects, and campaign management.
