The TV Licensing business manages the distribution and licensing of television content across SVOD.
WBD ANZ operates a portfolio of premium brands across pay-TV, free-to-air and theatrical platforms. We are a leading entertainment brand on Foxtel and Sky, and the largest free-to-air commercial broadcaster in New Zealand.
The role:
Reporting to the Senior Manager or Group/Senior Account Director, the Sales Coordinator role assists the sales team with sales coordination duties and performs the administrative tasks of the TV sales process, across the full linear television portfolio. It is a role that can be grown and developed to the person's individual abilities and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing a high standard of client service including liaising with the agency contacts face to face, via email or over the telephone.
• Booking television schedules – working with agencies and/or direct clients to secure available airtime and accurately book client's television activity.
• Working through the key laydown period to ensure all bookings are accurately received and actioned.
• Amending and canceling clients' television schedules, managing any potential conflict.
• Liaising with the Inventory Team to resolve availability issues when booking television airtime.
• Monitoring client campaigns – placing bonus, and ensuring booked campaigns reach desired targets.
• Operating the TV booking system – running a variety of sales reports for both internal and external use.
• Assisting the sales team including planning schedules, pre/post-campaign analysis, and monitoring campaigns.
• A high level of accuracy and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
• Contribute to a positive culture that embodies the company values and leads by example.
• Familiarity with the company's health & and safety policies and procedures.
• Carry out your work safely and without endangering or causing harm to yourself, fellow staff members, contractors, customers, visitors, or the general public.
• Other duties as required.
