Job Description
As Project Manager – Ad Sales, you'll work alongside our Key Account and Client Managers by managing essential back-office tasks and coordinating cross-functional projects. You'll engage with teams across Sports, Marketing, Research, and Programming, to help develop creative sales packages, deliver standout presentations, and contribute to B2B marketing events. It's a fast-paced, people-oriented role where your coordination skills and creativity will be key.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Oversee and manage sales-related projects across BRANDcare, sponsorships, digital, and local productions.
• Assist Key Account Managers with tailored client presentations and meeting preparation.
• Coordinate ad sales activation for brand partnerships, including sports and franchise marketing.
• Develop creative sales packages and market presentations that resonate with clients.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Participate in kickoff meetings and production discussions to identify commercial opportunities.
• Organise and execute B2B marketing events, from planning to implementation.
• Ensure compliance with commercial broadcast legislation and act as the sales team's point of contact.
• Maintain up-to-date sales materials and internal information flow.
• Contribute to upselling opportunities and client satisfaction through strategic insights.

Qualifications & Experience…
• A commercial degree or equivalent education.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive mindset.
• A creative flair for building compelling sales materials and offers.
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
• A team-oriented approach with a positive, can-do attitude.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, ideally within media, broadcast, or streaming.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
• Experience working with sports rights, local productions, or B2B marketing events.
