This Program Coordinator is part of WBD's Talent Acquisition organization, and will be responsible for all coordination elements of our existing and new programming initiatives. Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating the operationalizing of key recruitment programs, including drafting timelines, tracking deliverables, and mitigating risks of dependencies
• Collaborating with stakeholders across several functions – producing weekly status reports, schedules meetings.
• Identifying best practices, systems and processes to streamline current and future program operations.
• Leading regular status meetings to ensure program progress and stakeholder alignment and capturing the output of those meetings.
• Management of files and program-related assets and collateral
• Coordinating activation logistics, team meetings, managing travel and expense reports.
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects across the team.
• Handling budget and expense reconciliation
• Maintaining key contacts list and platform credentials and details
• Assist with research and benchmarking of programmatic engagement activities.
• Track all team initiatives, including maintain a real-time calendar of activities.
• This role will report to the Diversity Outreach Director.

The Essentials
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of three years' experience in a previous coordination, or administrative capability
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of program management tools and software
• Advanced level usage of excel or equivalent software.
• Excellent collaborator, able to synthesize large volumes of information and data into a digestive format.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Prior experience within Media or Technology preferred but not a prerequisite.
• Prior experience within Diversity & Inclusion or Employer Branding preferred but not a prerequisite.
• Excellent time management and organizational skill, able to prioritize appropriately.
• Works well in a dynamic, ever evolving space.
