Job Description

The position is based at Warner Bros. De Lane Lea, which provides sound and picture post production as well as Dailies services for feature films and television.

Warner Bros. De Lane Lea provides world-class talent and facilities for dailies and post-production servicing feature films and high-end TV. Based in the heart of Soho, facilities include two 4K HDR Baselight X Grading Theatres, Flame Online suites, Digital Dailies facilities, Dark Fibre connectivity and a full Mastering and QC department.

The world-renowned Sound facilities include six networked Dubbing Theatres, in-house Sound Supervision and Editorial, ADR Facilities alongside a Café & fully licensed Bar and 56 Cutting Rooms. De Lane Lea also has additional facilities based at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden including a 50 seat 4K Screening Room, 4K VFX Review Theatre and In-Facility and On-Location Digital Dailies.

Your New Role...
• To provide accurate, effective and timely office support to the Operations, Sales and Bookings teams, clients on site and staff employed at Warner Bros. De Lane Lea.
• This position requires a candidate who has a passion for the industry and is suitable for someone looking to develop a career in film and TV post production.
• The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team in an often pressurised environment.
• The work will be varied and the role offers an opportunity to learn about every aspect of the industry.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Provide support to the Executive Director, Operations and Director, Post Production.
• Undertake general administrative duties including but not limited to: raising purchase orders, working with WB centralised systems, data entry, desktop publishing, ad hoc paperwork.
• Act as a point of contact to both internal and external visitors ensuring that they are given a positive image of the organisation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and achieve high client and staff satisfaction when carrying out all tasks requested.
• Offering general office support as required whilst ensuring general office space is kept neat and presentable at all times.
• To run any errands requested such as delivering packages, buying food and drink outside WBDLL and keeping an accurate record and receipts of all amounts purchased and for whom.
• Liaise with operational, managerial and financial staff to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
• Responsible for handling company credit card transactions.

Qualifications & Experience...
• Our apprenticeship positions are designed to be an alternative to university education, therefore we are only seeking applications from people who have not already graduated from university with a degree.
• Passion for production and post production.
• Strong IT skills and a desire to learn new systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create an immediate rapport with a range of contacts.
• Ability to understand and address client and staff needs diplomatically and effectively.
• Capacity to remain calm and effective in difficult situations.
• Able to work within a shift pattern as well as ad hoc timings that may include evenings and weekends.

• Salary: £19 ,700  p/a  
• Contract Length: 18 months   
• Start Date: 25th March 2024
• Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration
• You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.
