Job Description
As the Manager, Sales Operations, you will work closely with the Exec. Director, Sales Planning in managing the supply chain and assisting Content Strategy team with WBD's FAST initiatives across third-party and internal platforms, liaise with Contract & Rights Administration and Corporate Legal teams to ensure Content Licensing deals are captured accurately, serve as the department's subject matter expert for databases and business applications while leading system stability and enhancement efforts in collaboration with Technology teams, and manage the rights to the legacy Warner Bros. and Discovery inventory.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintains sales history and ask pricing databases for TV Series, Film, and all other licensed content.
• Manages all inventory related projects on behalf of Sales Planning, including inputting titles into Sales Planning's rights and availability systems, working cross-functionally with content production groups to facilitate integration of metadata, working with WBD Corporate Legal to ensure accuracy of underlying rights data, monitoring expiring rights, and performing quarterly rights reviews.
• Oversees the integration of Discovery content into legacy WBD systems.
• Serves as the main point of contact between Sales Planning and Monetization and Portfolio Management to facilitate all systems integrations, enhancements, UAT and data interfaces.
• Works closely with SVP, Sales Planning and Executive Director, Sales Planning to manage FAST business, including establishing operational timelines and strategies, confirming content availability, and conducting underlying rights and materials research.
• Works in tandem with the Home Entertainment TV Digital Analytics & Pricing team to manage cannibalization impact analysis.
• Works closely with Executive Director, Sales Planning and Post-Production team in approving Airline edits for WBD Films and TV Series.
• Works closely with Business Affairs to confirm deal exclusivity and terms on behalf of Sales Planning team.
• Performs daily review of deals interfacing into UpDoc and is the primary point of contact for Business Affairs and EFS/Contract Administration in resolving any discrepancies.
• Manage series tracker and distribution life cycles for On-Air series.
• Performs other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience
• 5+ years of work experience in the Entertainment and/or Streaming Media industry performing the essential duties of this position is required.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• BA/BS required
• ''PMP'' Certificate in Project Management a plus

Knowledge/Skills
• Expertise in interpreting underlying distribution media rights/holdbacks, executed Legal agreements and working collaboratively with related internal organizations i.e. Contract Administration, Business Affairs, Rights Administration, Finance and Production Companies.
• Proven experience with understanding Sales and Distribution of entertainment content across multiple media platforms including linear Television (Pay/Cable/D2), Streaming (SVOD, AVOD, FAST), Transactional (TVOD, EST), and Emerging Technology platforms. Ability to work successfully with Sales Teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and project management skills.
• Exceptional understanding of business applications/systems e.g. SAP/Cosmos, Sales Force with a proven track record of managing inventory systems, leading troubleshooting and system efficiency/enhancement efforts. Ability to clearly communicate business needs to onshore/offshore Tech teams and integrate those needs into core business applications on time and within budget.
• Deep knowledge e.g. genre, talent, of entertainment content (Feature Films, Series, Originals) spanning from the classic age to present day.
• Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.
• Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and Access.
• Experience using Tableau and Looker to convert large datasets into visual Executive summaries.
• Independently meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage deliverables and day-to-day responsibilities.
• Positive and collaborative team spirit working in a very fast-paced work environment.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Salary Details
Salary Range: $83,090 to $154,310 Per Year ($ USD)
