Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for creating and managing paid online media campaign to drive pre-orders and sales of WB Transactional Sales products. Position will assist the Digital Marketing Directors with manage a sizable budget for a variety of WB Transactional Sales titles and stakeholders to assure for accuracy and efficiency of spends. Must be able to own campaigns from testing to results. Position will serve as a day-to-day contact for AOR and various media partners.

Responsibilities
• Lead the creation of paid media campaign objectives and strategies across CTV, social, search, display, video, and mobile under the guide of directors.
• Communicate overall media strategy to relevant stakeholders. Work with Measurement lead to develop campaign targeting segments and KPIs.
• Responsible for developing and expediting communication such as media plans, POV's, Post Mortems and other media related presentations.
• Manage Day-to-Day communications across internal media team as well as external agency, H&S.
• Responsible for creative and performance analysis and recommendations when appropriate to improve media performance. (For non-first party optimization).
• Tracking media budgets and overall budget summaries for various campaigns.
• Maintains relationship with sites including new opportunities and creative issues. Constantly research new market technologies and innovative solutions.
• Assist in collaboration with accounting department to develop a streamlined approach to online invoicing.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Work Experience
• 5+ years Media/Online Media experience required
• Entertainment experience and/or Media agency experience preferred
• Experience working within areas such as Online Video, Rich Media, Alternative Pricing Models, SEM, SEO, Social Media (paid and non-paid), mobile and gaming a plus
• Must be proficient and have experience in media planning and negotiations

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required

Knowledge/Skills
• Must have proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Skilled with syndicated research (ComScore, Nielsen @Plan) as it relates to the online world
• Must be able to present media plans and/or POV's clearly in writing and through in person presentation
• In-depth knowledge of third party ad serving suites like DoubleClick and Atlas
• Understanding of basic online terminology, business models and value chain
