Your New Role
Financial Contract Reporting & Administration (FCRA) seeks a Lead who has a curious mind, a passion for database integrity and customer service, as well as an interest in process improvement and cash forecasting. The Lead, Stakeholder & Cash Management is responsible for ensuring high-quality data is used in our systems to efficiently facilitate both automated and manual processes across multiple teams and assist cash forecasting. This role will provide you with an opportunity to learn about various aspects of the entertainment industry, as well as an opportunity to join a team that is committed to ongoing process improvement and individual development.

Your Role Accountabilities:
• Mitigates risk by executing, reviewing, and approving system setups and updates in accordance with legal agreements, tax forms, and business needs to ensure full scope of system changes is appropriate and completed correctly by staff.
• Performs and/or supervises the processing of outgoing and incoming payments & statements and the preparation & submission of monthly/quarterly/yearly participation budget & forecast using constantly evolving methodologies leveraging the Participations reporting system.
• Maintains and monitors the quality of large sets of complex data that facilitate automated processes and help other teams work efficiently.
• Uses problem-solving skills to identify system issues and recommend process improvements that will guarantee our procedures and data are compliant, effective, and secure.
• Corresponds with external and internal stakeholders to provide guidance, answer questions, and troubleshoot statement/payment delivery issues as a subject matter expert for both Stakeholder and Cash Management.
• Manages and assists in special projects, process documentation, and ad-hoc analysis/research as necessary, including participant and/or auditor queries.

Qualifications & Experience
• Accountant or Business Administration bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the management of datasets, forecasting, participations, process improvement, or related field.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous management of complex datasets or databases experience preferred.
• Participations and/or Entertainment industry experience is preferred.
• Previous financial accounting experience preferred.
• Cash flow/budgeting experience preferred.
• Prior Project Management experience a plus.
• Previous experience interacting with management across multiple organizational areas.
• Previous experience presenting to various staff levels, leading meetings & training, etc.
• Experience with system implementations and testing preferred.
• Experience in a large corporate environment preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
