Graduate Program, Jr Accountant

Job Description

Your Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Jr Accountant to join our Controllership team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department with day-to-day financial transactions, assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
The Graduates Program consists of a 12- month contract. T here will be an opportunity for rotations within Controllership t eams.
Your Role Accountabilities :
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed
• Perform general administrative and accounting support tasks

Qualifications & Experience :
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software (SAP, Blackline) is a plus
• Accounting or bookkeeping experience is a plus
• English level B1, desirable
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
