Global Cash Receipts Sr Financial Analyst

Job Description

The Global Cash Disbursement Sr Financial Analyst will support the day-to-day cash working capital initiatives. This role will be responsible for assisting with global cash forecasting and pacing of global WBD current month cash disbursements to Treasury and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Leads. This person will work closely with the Global Cash Disbursement Finance manager to provide cash disbursement reporting and analytics to the P2P leads monthly and assist in identify opportunities to improve Days Paid Outstanding (DPO).

Responsibilities
• Responsible for assisting with the creation, consolidation, and reporting out monthly global cash disbursement forecasting and pacing reports to WBD internal stakeholders
• Meet regularly with treasury and management to review disbursements and synthesize large quantities of global disbursements to report out on weekly and monthly basis. Assist with reviewing payable balances and strategize on how to improve working capital through disbursements
• Assist with producing related payable reporting for KPIs, variance reports and other performance metrics. Help identify process reporting efficiencies to improve disbursement cash flow.
• Foster and maintain internal relationships with key stakeholders
• Assist with special projects and analysis as required to meet responsibilities and objectives of the business with respect to improving working capital

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred
• Fluent in English mandatory
• Experience in Accounting or Finance
• Accounts Receivable, Billing and Finance experience required
• Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
• Experience with project management and leadership
• Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as Hyperion, SQL, Access, etc.
• Microsoft Office products (Excel, Hyperion, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint)
• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials and/or SAP is required
