Job Description
Summary:
The Director, Project Management serves as a strategic advisor and right hand to the VP of Ad Technology & Operations, driving operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and execution of key initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage complex projects, communications, and relationships with finesse.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with the leadership team to define and track strategic priorities, OKRs, and initiatives.
• Lead and manage special projects and cross-functional efforts from conception to completion.
• Streamline internal processes and ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefings.
• Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the VP, Ad Technology & Operations.
• Manage the VP's priorities and follow-ups to ensure optimal time management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
• Represent the executive in meetings and communications when appropriate.
• Mentor and guide junior staff or project teams as needed.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management roles.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience in media and ad technology.
• Familiarity with project management tools and executive dashboards.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $125,580.00 - $233,220.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
