Director, Change Strategy and Engagement (Change Management for Media Tech & Ops)
Based in Atlanta and reporting to the VP, Business Strategy & Operations, we are seeking a dynamic Director, Change Strategy and Engagement to lead global initiatives for our MT&O Organization that enable transformation, strengthen culture, and ensure clear communication through times of change. This role partners with senior leaders across the business to design and deliver strategies that engage employees, drive alignment, and accelerate adoption of business-critical initiatives.
The Director will lead a small team, oversee communications and change enablement programs, and play a critical role in shaping how we inform, inspire, and equip our workforce through periods of transition.
Your Role Accountabilities:
• Lead change planning for MT&O wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and leadership priorities.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies and impact assessments.
• Drive adoption and readiness through structured change frameworks and storytelling.
Create strategic messaging aligned wit h leadership and building out clear communication plan s with a regular cadence of inform ing our teams.
• Build executive communication toolkits, FAQs, and playbooks to ensure consistency.
• Oversee development of content (written, visual, and digital) that informs and inspires our teams within MT&O. Manage our main internal SharePoint site and enhance that site as a central communication platform/hub.
• Partner with P&C teams on large scale organizational changes, creating playbooks and communications plans to ensure smooth transitions.
• Activate and scale engagement programs (e.g., Culture Clubs, leadership forums).
• Design and distribute resources that empower managers to lead through change.
• Develop SOPs, process playbooks, and enablement toolkits to strengthen adoption.
• Lead change readiness and adoption measurement through surveys, KPIs, and listening channels.
• Use data and insights to influence leaders and refine strategies.
• Provide oversight and governance for key change initiatives, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.
• Serve as an escalation point for program risks and roadblocks.
Qualifications & Experiences:
10+ years of experience in business operations, change management, or corporate communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in Organizational Change Management within a professional services firm preferred.
Experience working in Media, Telecommunications or Tech nology preferred.
Strong background in organizational change, business transformation, communications, and engagement.
Proven track record influencing and advising executive leaders through data and insights.
Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
Experience leading teams and scaling programs in global, complex organizations.
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci , ACMP) preferred.
