CRM Specialist SE and NO (6 month Fixed-Term Contract)

Your New Role…

We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team, focusing on developing and executing innovative retention campaigns for our OTT streaming service, discovery+, in the Swedish and Norwegian markets. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer engagement, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value by leveraging data-driven insights and creative marketing strategies.

Please note: this is a fixed-term contact for 6 months with a start date of late April / May.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Design and implement effective retention strategies tailored to the Swedish and Norwegian markets, aimed at increasing subscriber loyalty and engagement.
• Develop and manage targeted email, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns that resonate with our audience, encouraging continued subscription and content consumption.
• Utilize segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing methodologies to optimize campaign performance and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with the content, analytics, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Analyze campaign results and customer behavior data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and retention marketing trends, especially those relevant to the OTT streaming industry and the Scandinavian market.
• Ensure all CRM activities comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM, retention marketing, or a related role, preferably within the OTT streaming, media, or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of the Swedish and Norwegian markets, including cultural nuances and language proficiency in either Swedish or Norwegian.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software.
• Creative thinker with outstanding communication and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish or Norwegian is highly advantageous.
