Job Description
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Coordinator to join our Creative Operations team. This role supports both the Creative Print & Digital team and the Campaign Management Traffic team, helping to manage daily requests and coordinate the delivery of marketing assets for HBO Max campaigns. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Oversee the creation/development of digital marketing deliverables, coordinating with the Concept Design Studio and Production teams to adhere to technical specs, brand standards, and timelines
• Thoroughly review creative assets to verify specifications, dimensions, and file formats. Identify and escalate discrepancies to Marketing and Creative teams
• Oversee the distribution of final assets across multiple platforms including OOH, social, digital, and connected TV. Create Claravine taxonomy for digital assets, name files and deliver to appropriate teams and partners
• Maintain and organize the Media Delivery Drive in SharePoint. Build structured delivery folders for final assets and ensure proper linkage within Creative Grid in Monday.com
• Serve as the central point of contact for feedback and approvals. Deliver clear, actionable guidance, ensure revisions are accurately implemented, and maintain alignment between creative teams and business partners
• Track project schedules and deliverables through Monday.com
Qualifications & Experience
• 2 years of experience in marketing or within an in-house creative agency environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com
• Understanding of specifications and standards for digital assets
• Experience with print production and out-of-home advertising is a plus
