You will utilise your excellent customer service skills to deliver an exceptional employee experience, partnering with subject matter experts across our People & Culture function to provide timely responses to queries and requests.

In this role you will be responsible for the HR data maintenance and also for the integrity and accuracy of employee records in our HRIS systems.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience and is comfortable working in fast-paced international and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:
• Perform data processing in HRIS systems
• Ensure integrity and accuracy of employee records
• Analyse data processed in the systems to determine compliance and accuracy
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition and local P&C teams to coordinate data entry in the HRIS system for all live cycle processes.
• Support employees, line managers and external vendors with diverse queries and service requests across various communication channels, including case management and email
• Assist with testing related of HR systems if required
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiencies system
• Work collaboratively as a global team with other areas to resolve escalated or misdirected employee questions
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned which may become essential to the position

Requirements:
• + 1 professional HR experience in global organisation (experience in HR administration will be an asset)
• Basic understanding of the labor law in the country (Poland)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Knowledge of People & Culture (HR) Systems such as ServiceNow and Workday (or other HRIS system
• Good analytical skills
• Customer focus and team-working skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail. 
• High degree of respect for the confidentiality and sensitivity of HR data
• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Must have the legal right to work in Poland
