Job Description
The Coordinator, Global Experiences, provides essential administrative and project support to the Creative team, ensuring smooth collaboration and reporting across the department and enabling creative leaders to focus on designing and supporting world-class experiences. This position offers opportunities to learn about project management and the creative process, and to develop skills for future advancement within the organization.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Administrative Support
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the VP and department.
• Arrange travel, process expenses, and handle department purchasing card reconciliation.
• Order supplies for the department, including for in person team sessions and manage drive-on passes for Burbank Lot.
Project & Creative Team Support
• Assist in preparing presentations and maintaining project status lists.
• Capture meeting notes and summarize key discussions.
• Support creative approvals and facilitate workflow between departments.
• Conduct research and coordinate cross-functional projects.
Communication & Collaboration
• Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Qualifications & Experience…
• 1 - 2 years previous entertainment, administration or coordination roles (including internships)
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required. Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.
• Effective administrative and organizational skills.
• Tech savvy and proactive.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Able to organize, prioritize and schedule work effectively.
• Strong communicator, tactful and collaborative with team members and leaders across the organization.
• Interested in a career in visitor attractions, themed entertainment or retail experiences.
• Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $45,430.00 - $84,370.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
