Job Description
As a Design Management Coordinator for Max, you will help drive the operational success for the visual execution of Warner Bros. Discovery streaming service as well as the production and execution of marketing campaigns promoting it. You will work closely with the cross functional business partners to ensure the design and delivery of artwork assets representing movies, series, and franchises from WarnerMedia brands. You will help define system workflows and manage knowledge sharing across a variety of stakeholder groups, including Design, Copy teams, strategy, and CRM. You will be part of a growing team who will innovate approaches to artwork quality, delivery tools, and vendor use to develop scalable solutions.
Your Role Accountabilities
• Proactively source key art and still assets in a variety of different data bases for upcoming projects.
• Ensure designers have proper access to any and all assets needed for their particular project.
• Project manage lower tiered creative design requests across various workstreams with a special focus on emails, push notifications, and in-app messages for Max and Discovery +.
• Develop a deep understanding of our project management application Monday.com, build project management dashboards and data reports, and understand how tools connect with each other.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, CRM, and originals marketing to manage changing timelines and new promotional tactics.
• Schedule recurring meetings and kick-offs and be able to provide status updates to related projects assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 2-3 years of creative services experience
• Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service, or studio/ prior experience in digital asset management for publicity, marketing, or entertainment.
• Advanced English skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
• Understanding of photography including file formats and terminology.
• A creative problem solver.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized and a team player.
• Problem-solving skills and good follow-through essential
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
