The Job
WBD's GCO team is seeking an enthusiastic Content Ops Coordinator to join the team responsible for the supply of content to multiple digital platforms. The Content Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate case selection for all regions, markets & partners, providing guidance on best practices to the Case Coordinators & stakeholders. This role helps ensure the right version of content, including all expected localization, reaches the right audience, on time.
The Daily – Major Activities
• Select cases for multiple regions, across applicable markets for VOD/digital distribution (50%);
• Apply required A/V overrides for localisation not required/ arriving post launch (20%);
• Triage SNOW tickets assigned to GCO Global Case Selection and AV Overrides (5%);
• Build self-knowledge and understanding of all WBD supply chains, gaining greater depth understanding of the lifecycle of a case, how they flow through WBD's systems and in-turn educating teams on best practices for case activities (4%);
• Attend meetings relating to case and override activity, be confident and competent in recommending best practices, system improvements and automation (20%);
• Methodically update Case & Override Wiki as required (1%).
The Essentials
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to track issues to resolution;
• Educated to A Levels standard, or equivalent qualifications;
• Skilled in applications such Microsoft Office particularly Excel skills to intermediate level;
• An enthusiasm for problem solving;
• Desire to take ownership of a set of tasks and responsibilities;
• Dynamic approach to work with a willingness to learn new skills;
• Clear, calm and concise communication with colleagues; both verbally and written.
