Your New Role…
The Senior Commercial Audience Executive will work with the Ad Sales team to maximize commercial ad revenues across both our Streaming and Digital platforms by building and packaging audiences across the WBD UK network. You will need to have the relevant audience and data experience of maximizing 1st party data collection alongside having the ability to produce pre / post sales market facing materials and sales strategies. The candidate will have a strong track record with regards to internal and external relationship management and have excellent presentation and communication skills.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Work with Management to bring to life the Audience, Data and measurement strategy for the UK business
• Day to day management of DMP and various technology partners
• Maximizing 1st party data collection across all of WBD UK properties and build and maintain a robust audience product portfolio.
• Work closely with the Commercial team on pre-sales audience information and reporting, providing clear and creative audience collateral
• You'll have a flair for campaign Audience optimization, reviewing audience segments and providing recommendations
• Provide the Commercial team with post campaign insights analysis and collateral where necessary and presenting this back to clients
• Assist in project management & technical onboarding of new data platforms and/or sources
• Develop excellent working relationships with internal teams across the business to ensure timely deployment and updates of Data solutions
• Work with leadership on new partner scoping, liaising with commercial insights team to ensure ad sales data strategy works in line with wider business strategy
• Attend industry events, keeping management informed of new developments, regulations and opportunities for innovation
Qualifications & Experience…
• Experience working for a digital publishing or streaming business
• Knowledge of data management platforms
• Experience working with partners such as Permutive, Audience Project, Snowflake and Liveramp
• Experience working with multiple SSPs/DSPs & Ad Servers
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and organizing data sets
• Commercially astute with an understanding of the different types of audience data available and it's commercial benefits
• Have an understanding of ID solutions and the role they play within the Digital ecosystem
• Be an excelling presenter, comfortable presenting internally and externally across all levels.
• Have an interest in Streaming and the role advertising plays
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with team members as well as in cross-functional groups
• Demonstrates impressive attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
