Your New Role...

Responsible for generating, distributing, and maintaining contracts and deal memos for below-the-line performers on motion pictures and HBSVOD projects. Performs necessary payment related support services. Provides contract-related administrative support on assigned productions from beginning to end, coordinating with casting directors, producers, and production office staff relating to the employment of performers and ensuring compliance with SAG-AFTRA guild regulations and company policy.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Assist with reviewing cast deal memos from casting directors to ensure compliance with SAG-AFTRA guild rules and company policies.
• Input and maintain performer contract terms into an internal feature casting database to reflect accurate, thorough, and current information.
• Prepare and distribute contracts and related attachments (Rider, Exhibit A, Parental Agreement) for all below-the-line performers (actor, stunt, dancer, singer, voice over) on motion pictures and HBSVOD productions, sending drafts for review to talent agents, managers and/or attorneys when required.
• Work with production attorneys and Business Affairs to prepare and negotiate riders to contracts as necessary.
• Responsible for reviewing cast contracts and ensuring that agreements are completed in accordance with company policies, obtaining execution signatures and drafting correspondence to follow up as needed.
• Amend contracts as required and prepare appropriate correspondence and follow up as necessary.
• Coordinate and communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various internal departments and production offices regarding talent contracts, deal memos, payments, etc.
• Initiates and distributes contracts and payroll for loop group performers on assigned projects during post-production and ensures start paperwork is received, complete and accurate.
• Processes and verifies performer related payment documentation, including actor production time reports, post-sync logs, EEO (minority) reports, etc.
• Collect calls sheets, production reports, and Exhibit G time sheets to track work activity for continuity.
• Clear performers with Station 12 at SAG-AFTRA and handle subsequent follow up.
• Prepare Taft-Hartley waivers when necessary and submit to SAG-AFTRA.
• Provide Business Affairs and Legal departments with billing riders and paid ad information.
• Make payment arrangements for below-the-line performers for post-production services (added scenes, retakes, and looping).
• Educate and advise producers, casting directors, accounting and legal (both in-house and outside) and post-production on the obligations of the SAG-AFTRA contracts (including consecutive employment, minimum rates, post days, etc.).
• File and maintain all documents (deal memos, contracts, Exhibit G's, call sheets, payment requests, etc.) on assigned productions.
• Prepare payment authorizations for talent deals on feature animated films and facilitate timely and accurate payments as they come due.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties in the collection and execution of contract documents.
• Act as primary contact between internal WB personnel, production office and talent representatives to handle contract-related questions with respect to below-the-line actor contracts.
• During post-production, prepare and deliver timecards to post-production accounting for cast ADR payments.
• Interface with the IT department and software developers to continue developing enhancements for the internal feature casting database.

Qualifications and Experience...
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of the SAG-AFTRA Collective Bargaining Agreement rules and regulations as well as familiarity of other union guilds and production in general.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Exceptional organization and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize heavy workloads and efficiently meet multiple deadlines in a demanding high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, find and communicate innovative solutions to challenges, and follow through on commitments.
• Must be able to collaborate with others and communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of management as well as external partners (producers, agents, managers attorneys, etc.).
• Must be able to handle pressure and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Ability to pay attention to details and use resources effectively and efficiently.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $20.22 - $35.77 per hour.
