The Media & International Marketing Coordinator supports the Media Strategy, Analytics & Marketing Planning and International Marketing teams. This entry-level role manages complex scheduling, travel, and communications, while also contributing to marketing research, campaign coordination, and digital content updates. This position is ideal for someone beginning their career in marketing, and requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Marketing & Research
• Assist in gathering and organizing quantitative and qualitative research data on moviegoer audience behaviors and demographics.
• Coordinate the request of internal and external audiences for upcoming theatrical and streaming campaigns.
• Support updates to the Searchlight website by coordinating with the website agency and internal stakeholders.
• Track project timelines and assist in communication between Searchlight and merchandising partners.
• Monitor marketing trends and share observations with the team
• Help prepare email marketing requests for Disney's CIM Team ahead of key campaign beats (e.g., trailer launches, ticket sales, release days), ensuring timing and targeting align with title or brand goals
Administrative & Operational Support
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Senior Vice President (SVP) and Executive Vice President (EVP), including the coordination and support of group meetings for both the Media team and the International Marketing/Publicity teams.
• Synchronize multi-city travel itineraries with real-time updates and adjustments
• Coordinate calendars, schedule domestic and international meetings, book conference rooms, and support video conference logistics
• Process monthly expense reports and process invoices and tracking thereof, maintain vendor contracts
• Prepare reports, meeting agendas and presentations
• Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion
• Serve as a communication liaison across teams, executives, and departments
Minimum Qualifications:
• 1+ years of relevant experience, including internship experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (including Keynote), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Positive, flexible, and collaborative team player. Eagerness to learn and take direction in a collaborative team environment
• Capable of handling confidential information with discretion
• Enthusiastic about film and television, especially specialty films
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with graphic design (Photoshop) and email marketing preferred
• Studio, Production Company, Literary, or Talent Agency experience preferred
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $53,300 to $71,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
