Your New Role…
Provide high-level customer service to Affiliate Sales, legal, finance departments and Affiliates, managing and executing the complex routing process and ensuring proper execution of all agreements while guaranteeing accurate tracking in all databases and data integrity and validation to support the Distribution goals and strategic business plans that supports overall sales strategy of the department and accurate reporting for effective and efficient decision making.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Maintain assigned territory/region with updated legal templates for long forms, proposals and amendments to ensure they are available for sales to complete according to negotiation and send to affiliates for signature as well as ongoing review of system templates (iBravo).
• Support supervisor to prepare reconciliation reports for affiliate sales teams tracking key sales clauses to support all day to day affiliate operation and agreement expiration tracking.
• Support supervisor with systems updates as strategic projects are deployed (New Network launched, rebrandings) for assigned territory.
• Responsible for providing all affected departments the agreement status report to notify Sales, finance and collections teams of on-going status as contracts when they are received and are uploaded to edocs/Sharepoint (repository) for assigned territory.
• Accountable for tracking status and routing for execution of all contracts received from the Affiliate Sales teams that are already signed by clients to ensure they are fully executed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that contracts or amendments are routed to the correct entity and correct D.O.A. is followed for its execution.
• Responsible for tracking and following-up with Sales on all rejected contracts or any follow up required.
• Liaise with Order To Cash teams to update necessary affiliate sales agreement information in the system (iBravo) for assigned territory.
• Maintain and ensure integrity of the Affiliate Sales Operation Database / DORS System and iBravo so that proper tracking of contracts, metrics and required reports for upper management are accurate for assigned territory.

• Bilingual English
• Portuguese preferred
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.

• Advanced management of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• High-Level Organizational Skills and Detail Oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize for Short and long-term goals.
