Job Description
The primary job function is to assist licensing team with the day-to-day operations for both administrative and business support of the office.
Title Service Setup and Coordination
• Prepare text & creative metadata
• Update available data to internal/external systems to launch title and keep available schedules up to date
• Perform territory review for the Korean subtitles and ensure that officially approved subtitles are delivered with quality
• Monitor local censorship status for WB/HBO titles in KMRB and provide rating cards or rating info to parties(internal/external) in need
• Obtain local censorship for Non-Theatrical Release titles or Enhanced Contents
• Prepare material order forms and keep track of by client order list
Asset Management
• Facilitate client onboarding by providing guidance on WBD standards and access to resource platforms.
• Provide required WB assets to relevant partners
• Assist in reviewing and approving clients' requests
• Maintain an updated title database, including metadata
• Liaise with related parties to assist with clients' additional requests
• Oversee inventory and coordinate delivery logistics for premiums and sweepstakes items
Sales Support & Analysis
• Support client relationship for both business & operational
• Check sales updates of WBD titles and share them with relevant teams on a daily basis
• Assist with billing and accounts receivable, including tax reports
• Monitor title availabilities and exposure levels across platforms
• Keep track of market trends and momentum, including competitor activities, theatrical performance, and related technologies, to generate insights and ideas for maximizing sales of WBD titles
• Research competitive release dates and pricing models in the market
Expense Management
• Responsible for raising purchase orders for all team expenses and maintaining documentation for expense verification
• Updates expense records to reflect actual usage for effective cost management
• Track and verify material invoices with relevant parties
Office Administration & Support
• Provide day-to-day administrative support on an ad-hoc basis, as required
• Liaise with other divisions for general administration function
• Support local team with ad hoc cross-divisional tasks
