POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate Manager of Partner Management on the Hotel, Bulk and Institutions (HBI) team will provide the critical day-to-day support to the team as an integral part of the distribution of Warner Bros. Discovery's award-winning original programming and innovative product offering. This person will be responsible for managing the overall budget for the team, overseeing the logistics of industry-related and team events with varying size and scope, serve as the liaison between Partner Marketing and the HBI team, and assist Account Managers on the administration and development of bulk incentive programs as well as the day-to-day needs of internal stakeholders and distribution partners. This position will report to the Director of HBI Partner Management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage account team's budgets, forecasts, and payments including verifying/mapping expenses, tracking commitments, providing monthly reporting for the team and finance, processing all invoices, and managing YE accruals
• Liaise with Partner Marketing and 3rd party ad agency to execute on hospitality-facing paid media campaigns and contractual marketing terms
• Serve as a liaison between hospitality clients who offer transactional video content and internal stakeholders such as business affairs or marketing
• Oversee logistics of distribution partner and customer sponsorship events such as tradeshows, including managing/updating booth inventory and developing the marketing strategy and collateral for each event
• Assist in the strategic and creative development of internal and external marketing tactics such as presentation decks, sell sheets, incentive collateral, etc.
• Assist Account Managers in creating, managing, processing, and tracking incentive programs
• Foster and maintain cross-functional relationships within Warner Bros. Discovery and external partner teams
• Proactively collaborate with the HBI team to share information and identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree required
• A minimum of 4 years' professional experience with at least 2 years' experience in a finance support role (managing payments and budget tracking)
• Experience in event management and/or hospitality industry

Strong project management and organizational skills (highly detail-oriented)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate ideas easily, express self fluidly, and capture others' ideas effectively
• Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office; familiarity with Salesforce, Google Drive, SharePoint and Zoom
• Able to perform in a high-pressure/time-sensitive environment
• Quick learner and self-starter, ability to work both independently and collaboratively
